What is your current lead time for production?

Lead time for orders takes 5-7 business days for non-peak seasons and 8-12 business days during peak seasons (September-December)

What type of paper do you use?

We use 300 gsm premium cardstock for our notecards & gift tags, 220 gsm cardstock for our matte money envelopes and 230 gsm paper for our glossy money envelopes. Kindly take note that our cardstocks are thicker than our glossy paper.

We also accommodate other colors like cream and off-white colored cards for your personalized stationery. For these types of requests please send us a message through our social media channels or Viber/iMessage us at 0926-625-2489.

Courier options?

We use J&T Express & LBC Express as our couriers in handling deliveries. We also offer same day deliveries during peak seasons to avoid courier delays.

Can you print my own design?

Yes! We are happy to print your designs for you at no extra charge. Just send us a message and let us know what needs to be printed.

Can you make a design for me?

Yes, for commissioned designs, please send us a message through our social media channels to let us know what you need and in what formats.

Do you offer discounts?
